Was interviewed several times, but every time was more confusing than the last. I honestly felt that they had no idea what they were looking for. The interviewers and HR team were not on the same page and I could tell that the CAPMETRO work environment was a divided one and a battle of egos.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CapMetro (Austin, TX) in May 2022
Interview
I had 3 Rounds of Interview:
1) Phone screen
2) Hiring Manager / Panel
3) On-Site Panel / Video Panel
Then results. Process was pretty quick, about 1 - 1.5 months from start to finish.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CapMetro (Austin, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was a phone call, of around 30 minutes. It seemed very scripted, not natural at all. It seemed like the interviewer did not know about architecture degrees, license and what it means or entails.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have an architect license since you have a masters and bachelors degree in architecture?
