Pros

Location is easy to reach with public transportation

Cons

Start-up company with no actual plans & trainings for the employees In the interview, the management will promises you for trainings during the probation to make you ready for projects, but once you start your job, you are on your own & they expect you to work overtime to get done things and come back with questions, although you might not know what is your task. Stressful office-vibe & lack of professionalism by the management Management and some employees discuss about projects and tasks even at the lunch break or afterwork party! Poor team-lead by the Integration supervisor Zero employee protection; If you feel worried or stressed, better to swallow it than telling it to the team-lead. I have not seen any company culture since it is a start-up branch in Germany

Pros

- Latest grade equipment (should it be a pro?) - International environment

Cons

1. Lack of managerial support I was repeatedly assigned to high-pressure client projects without proper knowledge transfer or onboarding time. Despite asking for help and raising red flags early, I was left alone to manage complex situations. My direct manager was often absent from key alignments, and requests for internal coordination were ignored. Months after being told everything was fine, I was later criticized for “not handling stress well enough.” 2. Manipulative and ambiguous communication I was consistently reassured that my work was appreciated, only to receive unexpected negative feedback during performance reviews. I was initially told I would receive a company car — this later became a conditional “maybe” based on vague future results. A proposal to relocate into another country included a salary reduction, disguised as a growth opportunity. 3. Blame-shifting culture The company failed to back me up with difficult clients, even when project delays were due to poor documentation and constant changes on their end. An escalation was made against me instead of recognizing the actual root causes. Despite confirmation from colleagues and PMs that my concerns were valid, the CEO forced a last-minute on-site trip to “prove my dedication,” instead of addressing the systemic issues. 4. Lack of recognition for effort My attention to detail and proactive questions were dismissed as “too picky” or “annoying,” even though they aimed to protect the project. I sacrificed personal time (including vacation and birthdays) for last-minute deployments, with no meaningful acknowledgment. Instead of appreciating these efforts, I was made to feel guilty and blamed when things went wrong.

Pros

Easy to get hired, no need for much experience or degree. Might work short term if you’re just looking for a foot in the door

Cons

Works like a small family business, often in intrusive and unprofessional ways. Low salaries, below market prices. Gossip is a big part of the daily interactions, expect daily doses of drama and gossip. People get placed on all kinds of projects, even if it doesn’t match their skills. The focus is more on flexibilty than being an expert in something. The management rely a lot on empty promises, many talks about opportunities, but nothing comes to reality. It’s all just talk to keep you hanging on.
