Like most security jobs, expect minimum wage, long hours of work without room for improvement to move further. This type of job is just for students working part time or retired people

Cons

Pay is low, some times you may be called within moments notice, hours may not be always stable. Management only cares about maintaining contracts and making money, don't expect any meaningful raises in hourly pay.
