Pros
Joining the company was initially exciting & a positive change, however, within a few months this completely changed. - Welcoming of induction - Employees/co-workers are friendly & hard working
Cons
- Terrible communication amongst (some, not all) HQ managers - Lack of transparency (employees are often kept in the dark, until the last minute) - A lot of toxic positivity - High staff turnover & often forcefully done - Lack of a solution-based approach & initiative to take action on issues internally. It's more of a get rid of it/avoid the approach. - The company lacks diverse & inclusive thinking - outdated & limited mindset, this contradicts the company's ethos. Hopefully, this will give a real overview of a lived experience & inform a job seeker/staff member about what this company is about.
