Pros

Come to think of it - there are no pros at all. Everything about CAMMS is fake.

Cons

1. False promises - Corporate portraits a beautiful painting and the management gets glued to it and follows as they have no say in the decisions made by the corporate. 2. There is no structure or a process to follow. 3. Ad-hoc work is always given priority and end up working late hours and there is no appreciation what so ever. 4. As a result of the pandemic, the corporate made the maximum use of us and asked us to work more than the allocated time as we are working from home. 5. No increments what so ever. However, all of the newly hired staff were given very high salaries in 2020. There is no range that they stick to. Based on influence, the hiring is taken place. 6. No activities for the employees, only focused on work. There are no annual trips, parties. Even if they have an event, that too is asked to be paid by the employee.

CAMMS is going downhill

Pros

I have worked for almost 3 years & was happy due to easy travel & facilities near location There are few managers who are helpful & trying to do a good job but many are not. New refurbishment of office & extension give more space & better look.

Cons

CAMMS have always had it's ups and downs, this is the downhill time. All seniors and top management are resigning. Many seniors will follow. Not the best time to join this company. Not even as a intern. Interns should not join this company as they are treated like crap. dont give oppertunity to learn. There's no good leadership left whoever stays dont have time to help you. Many new joinees are stranded not knowing what to do so many issues everyday that clients are going for other alternatives. They brag about 1 win when 2/3 clients leave. Products are complex and unstabal. Clients are taken for a ride by lying about features and capabilities but sell crappy software. Many issues are hidden and sells to clients and later when clients report only starts fixing based on how important the client is. It's 24/7 work work work no rest even after a release. Management expects to do 12 hrs of work in 8 hrs. It's like a garment factory. Doesnt pay on time for OT but makes people work weekends and holidays. No freedom work life balance. Advice to people hoping to join: Dont join now, thinks might get better. So wait and see.

Current Employee: I do apologize that you feel this way, and as an employee currently working here I humbly request you to approach certain management staff that you think can help you out with your work life balance. On the contrary, we had many Interns leave for better prospects because they received very good training.
