Pros
Calson Management is an incredible senior living company. If you get the opportunity to work with them, you are blessed. They are not your typical corporate senior living company. I whole heartedly believe that everything starts from the top, and starting with Jason and his mother Alana, his father Mark, they are GOOD people and will make you feel apart of their family and will treat you right as long as your simply doing your job. I can not say enough great things about them, my experience has been nothing but positive. Not only do they provide a great family atmosphere and a positive culture that makes you WANT to come to work, but they provide this same kind of service and treatment for their residents, which is more important to me personally. From the design of their communities to their innovative and robust social programs, they ensure that they are offering the BEST service for their residents and families. Each community they design and open improves each time. They were geniuses to add ice cream parlors and pizza ovens! Some of their communities also feature a large family dining room including a full kitchen, so again going back to the design, they want their residents families to feel comfortable as well. They are just awesome!!
Cons
Honestly none. They are growing so growing pains are to be expected, but they are already ahead of that by bringing on the industries best COO, Sadek Nassar!!
