      Great workplace to learn

      Pros

      - You can find a lot of talented devs - The company events are great - Good title in CV

      Cons

      - Almost every project are garbage (all devs complaining about them) - In every case they sell you to some US based client and it’s not reflected in your salary - Although the HR are kind, they just ignored that I had family problems and can’t work. Not really wanted to solve the problem, but they always refer themselves as a “startup” - They prefer Polis, even though they didn’t accepting it

      The pay is good, and the work is remote. There's a lot of expertise and knowledge inside the company, it's a good opportunity to learn more about React and React Native.

      Cons

      The projects you are assigned to are sometimes not that great or interesting, so the work itself might not feel fulfilling. Expertise is also required, some of the work might require getting into the nitty-gritty parts of React Native, sometimes the open source codebase itself.
