Pros

None whatsoever, it’s an awful working environment

Cons

All breaks monitored / if you are in the loo for more than 5 minutes, they will ask what you were doing / minimum wage / supervisors lack knowledge / management have no management skills / the company has been built on people who have very low levels of intelligence but can not get a better job themselves / the directors & managers would be better suited to stacking shelves in a supermarket

The training is easy and paid

The staff The management The parking The work I've never felt more drained as I did the day that I watched a supervisor get no reprimand for bending over another member of staff in kitchen to imitate having sex with them. If you like working with kids this job is for you. Even the supervisors act like children. The upper management revs the engines of their 60k cars outside. Most people progress through the company with sexual favours so make sure to apply your best makeup. Bad pay. Reject your annual leave unless you are management. Only friends of management can get holiday in December. Please don't work here.

All share the same bad wage (equality)

Cons

There's no parking for staff. We were offered parking but most of us actually got fines for parking there. Not really much respect. No staff benefits.
