Fun workplace but lacks work-life balance and support

Fun working place with some of employees or open mind department head
Cons
5 working day but during weekend you need to on standby work for activation . Meaning no rest day to be replace. Full of manual work , until you couldn’t complete . Lack of improvement in system . Management doesn’t care your workload and there is no OT pay .
