really low pay and extremely overworked. no leave and no days off. some other teachers are really rude and think they are in competition with you to get themselves a better pay
You get a lot of chances to try new things, even if you don’t have prior experience. If you want to explore marketing, social media, content creation, design, etc, you’ll likely get the opportunity. It’s a good place to learn by doing and grow beyond your job description.
Cons
Since you’re often trying something new, there isn’t always a mentor or clear guidance. You need to be pretty self-motivated and comfortable figuring things out on your own. (which can be tiring if the art project you are teaching is difficult)
