Upper management and staff are bullies who belittle new staff to see if they can handle it. It is unnecessary and promotes a lack of trust in the workplace. They also frequently offered me alcoholic drinks while on shift despite me being 16/17 while employed there. He would also drink while working, adding vodka into his own drinks while on shift. Stay far, far away from this location and the company as a whole.
