      Pros

      - Challenges are exciting - Trust in the team and support from Governance - Remote work - Mobility markets are booming in all cities, in Cabify you have the opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      - Lack of ownership but we've been working this out for the last two years so by the time you read it its probably solved. - If you're an english or portuguese speaker know that the official global meetings are in spanish. However the company makes an effort to translate in realtime and also to send all other communications in above mentioned three languages.

      You can enjoy a nice work environment to work, with people from all over the world. You also be in contact with other countries. Flexible

      This is a startup, you'll find here the same cons than in little companies. But I think you may ignore the cons and enjoy changing how is people moving

      - Fast-paced environment; - Ownership and freedom; - The original value proposition of the service could actually put the company on the forefront of MaaS apps.

      Cons

      - The company is disinvesting in key areas, including HR; - Several markets are going down in terms of results for lack of strategy and amateur leadership; - Many people are leaving due to chaotic workloads, outdated processes, slow pace in change-making; - Major strategic mistakes and lack of leadership; - There isn't a long-term strategy to compete in a crowded market and thus the brand is decaying; - Despite being a tech company, LOTS of outdated procedures.
