      Pros

      Definitely unique in culture where everyone has a sense of ownership and pride

      Cons

      The creative freedom is also a ticket to hang yourself. No micro management means if you are not cut out to set yourself goals and stay on track at pace you won't last long.

      Pros

      Concentrates on productivity over the time clock. If you work hard and focus this is a place that will reward with both work-life balance and compensation. It's not for everyone and thats why I think I like it, you really have to be motivated and goal orientated - but when you are it pays. Being a small company management are easily accessible for ideas or concerns - a far cry from large corporate jobs.

      Cons

      If you lose focus you really can hang your self. So stay sharp and ask a lot of questions if you don't know. This is an aggressive sales company so don't let the fun and games fool you - they want closers.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and colleagues to work with. The ability to have an uncapped salary and travel perks. Definitely a dream job and can't imagine anyone being unhappy working at CIOsynergy.

      Cons

      I feel that there is nothing negative about this organization. I wake up happy to work and leave happy, can't ask for anything more.
