CXOsync interview questions

Interesting hiring process which consisted of four phone calls, the last being with the CEO. Even though the pay is questionable (3k per month) the opportunity is pretty wonderful considering the commission structure. I met with the team numerous times and was fully ready to begin onboarding. I confirmed my meeting time, arrived to the meeting and waited....when no one arrived, I reached back out to the manager with my availability over the course of the week. I was told that they decided not to move forward since I canceled the meeting. At this point I am very confused, after all of the meetings and emails; after accepting their offer to come on board, and most importantly, after confirming my meeting with the team, to be told they aren’t moving forward is just unprofessional. Too bad, seems like it was a mutual fit for all.

Very flexible. Had a phone call with the VP of Sales and then the CEO himself. After this I had a tour of the office and a final in person interview.
