      Misold - advertising it was 100% remote when it's not.

      Largely remote working for the role Friendly staff

      Cons

      Sold as a remote role then senior management decided to make it mandatory to force everyone to travel to a hired London office, given I was over 150 miles away 8:30am -5:30pm working hours You are forced to purchase you own laptop if you leave within 3 years of starting your role via final salary deduction.

      WFH is good set-up Equipment provided is medium Support is good

      No appreciation for being dedicated and hard working for the CUBE Managers have no clue about man/technical management No salary review No training or enhancement of skills teams are non-communicative totally dis-jointed as to the direction of company one direction is usually bad that CUBE want to dominant in the Regularity products

      Unless you enjoy destroying your mental health- none

      Worst leadership I have ever seen in my life. People become so toxic and negative from the culture top down. They dont value anyone who isnt white. Fake promises of payrises and career growth that doesnt not come. Spent so much money on an office to play pretend and mask the cracks in the leadership.
