      Strategically located in Bangsar South, yearly bonus based on performance, annual leave higher compared to other companies, can work from home

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, not much benefits besides basic dental OR optical claim, not much training is provided, no annual dinner, no activities for employees, super small pantry

      None. Worst company i have worked for

      Very poor management and stuck with old technologies. Nothing as promised in the interview. Very high security that need admin apprval even for installing simple software in the laptop. For database access also will take longer access. Very hard life as developers. The higher manager will not even know that you are part of their team. Will ask you to do simple support task and not coding as a developer.

      Good Office and Team, but High Pressure

      Pros

      The current and former GMs are supportive and demonstrate strong leadership. The manager and colleagues are also friendly and helpful. The office environment and facilities are excellent, much better compared to the previous office in Bangsar.

      Cons

      One of the solutions offered has very high client expectations, especially from banks, which makes integration and delivery challenging. Managing client expectations as well as internal stakeholders can be difficult. Internally, roles and responsibilities (R&R) between departments and vendors are not well aligned, leading to a hectic and stressful work environment.
