      A sweat shop for U.S citizens

      Pros

      Plenty of hours 5 days of week, - 9-14 per hr depending on experience -overtime optional, -will serve food on holidays including Vietnamese ones. -meet all types of people -My manager was extremely nice and flexible with my hours -sometimes (depending on your position) they don't care if you're running late - you could learn Vietnamese there if you're interested -some coworkers will treat you like family if you're cool with them -weekends off -weekends available for work if needed -hot milfs ;)

      Cons

      -extreme working conditions/strenuous -communication issues with employees (since 80% of them are Vietnamese and BARELY speak english) -peers/coworkers talking behind your back, may gossip, snitch on you if not careful -veryy repetitive, like to the extreme. It's like Dejavu all over again -body would be hurting time to time -coworker's ( mostly the Vietnamese) can be very predictable and a little bit TOO obedient ( you're not a slave so chill tf out). -The medical benefits are a joke.. - they lied to me at the very beginning and said I would get paid 10.50 per hr but really it was 9...

      Slave Labor

      Pros

      Knowing that I now get paid triple what CSAT was paying.

      Cons

      Conditions fit for a POW camp. Pay is bad, told advancement opportunities out of college, but "management" treats you like all of the other non English speaking workers. You'll get farther ahead working at a fast food establishment.

      Learned new skills but at one point you no longer advance

      Pros

      Learn new computer skills: troubleshooting and repairing units like tablets, laptops and also all in one's. Depends on what department you end up on though.

      Cons

      Management always trying out new ideas that never works out. No room for advancement unless your are part of an ethnic group. Pointless meetings. Also pointless drama between departments.
