Pros
Only good for fresh grads. This company can serve as a training ground.
Cons
This company does not give free PPE's. If you should return the things you borrowed/issued to you, they will expect you to return same quality when you received them (as if these things do not get old as you use them) or else, you'll be charge. yay! This company has very poor performance when it comes to their employees. Why? They don't really care about their employees at all. What matters for them is they earn. Salary here is very low. No salary increase. No compensation. The manager that supposed to be backing you up will drop you off in times of crisis.
