Pros

The company's commitment to innovation is impressive. Projects are cutting-edge, challenging, and provide an excellent opportunity for professional growth, also it is nice to be part of a company that actually helps people. The managers are approachable and I feel they are genuinely invested in employee development. The company culture is very positive, the company does a lot of things for the employees, which makes us feel valued and appreciated.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the work may not suit everyone. Some may find it challenging to keep up with the constant changes and high expectations. The company expects a lot of it's employees. Also, the hours are a bit tough because the other teams and clients are usually in different timezones.

Pros

Meaningful Work with Real-World Consequences: Working at CNC Intelligence means your investigations directly support law enforcement, law firms, and victims of fraud. It's extremely satisfying to know that the work you do helps trace assets, document cybercrime, and sometimes stop bad actors from continuing to cause harm. Diverse Cases, Never Boring: The range of cases—from crypto scams and pig butchering schemes to high-profile financial crimes—ensures you're constantly learning and staying ahead in the evolving cyber landscape. Global Exposure & Cross-Border Collaboration: Our investigations span jurisdictions including the U.S., Israel, the UAE, India, Nigeria, and the UK. We often work closely with international teams and local authorities. The exposure is unmatched. Supportive Leadership and Mission-Driven Culture: Management deeply understands investigations and is personally involved when needed. There's a strong culture of helping the victim while remaining legally rigorous. Training Opportunities: We work closely with platforms like Blockchain Intelligence Group (BIG), and there are often chances to upskill, get certified, and even contribute to training law enforcement personnel. Startup Mentality With Growing Infrastructure: There's flexibility, autonomy, and room to grow. You won’t be micromanaged if you take initiative, document your work well, and communicate clearly.

Cons

High Expectations, High Pressure: This is not a laid-back role. Clients expect results quickly, and timelines can shift without warning due to legal realities or law enforcement needs. You need to stay organized and emotionally resilient. Workload Can Spike: Especially during law enforcement partnership seasons or following major crypto events, the workload can increase significantly. Planning personal time requires coordination. Process Maturity Is Still Developing: As the company grows, some internal systems are still evolving. Expect a bit of organized chaos at times—but also know your feedback helps shape future workflows.
