Hi - Firstly, we are very sorry you feel this way. While we have a feeling as to who this may be (as we can truly only think of one person who has left our agency in a negative way), we never want anyone to leave us with feelings as you describe. I think it is important to note that executive leadership changed in mid-2020 and the new CEO, Kyle Porter, is known to be an extremely kind and professional person. So we can attest that we truly believe that this comment does not represent our culture. Of course, we highly encourage the poster to reach out to Kyle to discuss further, but wish them the best in their future no matter.
