Pros

Sorry to say this, but the only thing they got going for them is the reputation of the company in NL. Yes Yes! It's a great company, listed and all. The product is growing, we need to be patient to sell and trust in the product team(who try their best). Salary is as per industry standards. All paid work trips abroad. There is a lot of scope but the environment at the moment is not great. It may change IF the management takes a better approach.

Cons

1) Overtly critical...They jump to conclusions. Constant criticism... makes me not want to try my best. 2) Micromanaging: The country manager is so focused on being authoritative... that it seems like they lack trust and confidence in the team. But it may not appear that way on the outside. They will say, do your thing... and not allow you to do it or hold you accountable..., till you wish, you wish, you just listened to them. 3) They overpromise and under-deliver: The interviews were a series of promises and fancy visions like trips abroad(this is true, but a job is not just about trips). I blame myself for not asking the right questions... like like local team culture, WFH, etc. 4) No integrity: I have personally encountered many lies spread in the workplace and gossips encouraged and it feels like I love my job but its toxic to work in such conditions. They also lie to the customers sometimes (overpromising and creating a false impression) 5) They are really good at creating an image... of a great team and culture on the outside. It really is not the case once you enter. 6) Favouritism: In my everyday... I see people laugh and pretend to enjoy the managers company only to find out a minute later that they cannot stand it..., and that they are doing it just to get favours. 7) Exploit employees who work hard by overworking them. Extreme case of double standards. 8) The meetings are rarely about relevant topics. It is mostly thinly laced threats of firing employees if they don't follow things. It's always... everyone playing a guessing game of who they are talking about and who the threat is directed towards. 9) They provide ineffective feedback that makes you feel you are not doing a good job but you also don't know what exactly you are doing wrong.... How can you, how can you work towards improving yourself in such a case? I could go on... But that's enough. Writing this review purely because I want to help people who are charmed by the promises. This is not a team/role specific feedback...This is how the whole India team is. So many people are planning to leave/have already left. That speaks for itself.

Pros

Good office facility, good food (in headquarter only)

Cons

Management often shifts priorities which make development teams not fully focus on certain items on roadmap. This leads to be easily burnt out and stressed. There are also political wars within the company

Pros

It has a very diverse portfolio of capabilities, and they want to provide an end-to-end service package from ticketing to marketing to payments.

Cons

There's a generalized toxic environment with the root at the top and middle management. Currently, it's about getting cash at all costs, with no thought to work ethics.
