Pros

I love working at CLV group, the President and CEO are very down to earth people and they treat everyone with respect. The coworkers are amazing and I have built meaningful relationships both inside and outside of work.

Cons

The mandatory 3 day work in office may be considered a con to some people but the work environment is super fun and makes you want to stay.

Pros

Quite literally none. It was terrible.

Cons

Bad pay, management is so toxic and love to bully people, there’s a weird alcohol culture that is unhealthy. They treat the tenants badly and engage in ethically questionable tactics to get people out, renovate and charge way higher rents. Crooked organization full of toxicity.

Low stress work and comfortable hours, easy entry level role to get into and the job is quickly picked up by anyone with people skills

Cons

Work environment depends heavily on your property manager, lots of driving can add wear and tear to your car, and the buildings aren't always the nicest to work out of

Management is absolutely horrible, zero respect for their employees. Worked there for 4 years before I found a better job, only got 1 raise through 4 years. Zero room for growth, horrible work environment, they reward other employees for throwing people under the bus, they have such high expectations for very little pay and try and pretend like you're part of this growing team while they would drop you in a second if it meant saving a quick buck. After I put in my 2 weeks notice, after 4 years of working there I didn't receive even a thank you or an exit interview from management, not even a card or good luck in the future or thank you for the past 4 years. Just a text asking me to leave my keys and phone in the office once I left. They keep adding more and more to your work load without a raise or bonus or anything and threaten not to pay you if you refuse work. Absolutely horrible company and even worse management.

Pros

CLV and the Customer Care Coordinator role is great for someone who has recently finished their post-secondary education and is looking for experience in the real estate industry. You are given the opportunity to work with people who have many years of experience and know the ins and outs of property management! There are many different opportunities to grow within the company and you will be working with people that are wanting to teach you new things every day.

Cons

This role is very hands on and you will be faced with new challenges every day. I would not recommend it for someone who is looking for more of a quiet desk job. You will constantly be interacting with your colleagues, residents, and new people looking to rent apartments. It is necessary to be able to communicate well with others.
