Pros

1- flexible working hours 2- Talented technical employees although they are wasting their time and career

Cons

1-favoritism and politics 2-people on top or who have the power they play games, they will never encourage your work 3-no project pipeline, have lost all their projects 4-use outdated technology, no learning 5-management on top has no brain, they have no business knowledge, favorite people are sent to US and promoted as Director or VP 6-hire and fire is the common practice they follow 7-if you go against any powerful person or unintentionally hurt his/her ego they will be after you and they will fire you without intimating you and without giving any reason

Pros

I have not even 5 words to write here.

Cons

People are just bootlickers here, Workers need to fawn their managers to get promoted. If you are not their favorite. They can fire you. No job security. So damn egoistic people and the more you go above hierarchy the more you will find egoism. No security for girls. NO FUTURE! I heard so many cheap talks about working women here. The present chief of the company is so cheap and egoist. Their is no opportunity for ideas only favoritism.

Pros

Solid salary and quarterly bonuses (vs. annually) Some of the leaders know what they're doing - unfortunately not those who are actually running the company

Cons

Corporate forecasting is based on optimistic fiction, not realism, which recently resulted in laying off ~30% of US-based employees. Execs are adamant about the company reinventing itself but give zero direction on what the future looks like. CEO has gambled and lost on multiple new business initiatives, and the larger company has paid the price. Layoff decisions were emotional and not based on performance/billing. As other reviewers mentioned, favoritism is well at play. Pre-layoff, folks banded together, switching roles and finagling extra time from the client to protect themselves and their closest friends. Have the impression the company is hanging by a few tenuous threads with nothing in the pipeline, and unless they come up with something fast, everyone will be searching for new opportunities before the year is out.

Pros

Onsite opportunity (Read Conditions):- 1- If you are favorite then you will go onsite. 2- if you are looking for change and you are a good employee then they will play chess and will offer you onsite opportunity for a week or two, because in return they will get 1.5 year bond from you. 3- if you can forget personal life and can work 14-15 hours everyday then you will go onsite for a week or two. Good Salary:- Cyber group is giving good salary.

Cons

Unprofessional Leaders/Managers : --Some Senior managers (India) and manager (from USA) [NOT ALL] feel that they are prime minister of the company and they can rule on juniors by showing their nonsense activities. Why? because they have manager tag. They always try to create difference with juniors colleague and not easily reachable but still if you will meet them they will try their best to prove you that you don't know anything and will start to show their fake talent on you, -- Management is already aware about these managers but they can not do anything due to favoritism or they are in the references of other senior members. --Company will fire you any day without giving any reason because failure of their decisions , Due to this behavior Cyber group is struggling for survival.

It looks irrelevant and surprising that an employee having serious concerns with a company can still stay associated for such a long duration with the same organization. This really makes us think if the problem lies with the “organization” OR the “employee”. Thank you!

Pros

Decent salary and quarterly bonuses. Some leaders know what they're doing just not those who are actually running the company.

Cons

CEO has lost control to the highly emotional President of the company. Layoff and firing decisions are totally emotional based and not based on performance/billing. They are hiring at the same time they are firing which proves it is not performance or merit based. Unrealistic expectations. They will put you on a project irrespective of skills and expect you to perform at the highest level with no training. As other reviewers mentioned, favoritism is well at play and not even hidden. To them, minority run means they are the clique and everyone else is an outsider and expendable. Best way to make a stay is to suck up to the clique. The place is a living HR violation. Racism, body shaming, boys locker room talk, you name it. They will lie to save face and have no issues burning employee bridges. They will go as far as to deny rightfully earned benefits when he gets his feelings hurt.

favoritism at it's peak

Pros

Good office with metro connectivity, excellent salesforce exposure, good exposure with energy related companies

Cons

favoritism is there, before it was a first-come-first serve parking policy and i got kicked out of parking, as company has only 10 parking spots from now on they distribute it designation wise, but as their is favoritism. A person with M1 designation is getting a parking spot instead of a M2 person, and on days when people of higher designation are working from home, no one else is allowed to use their spot, which is such a waste of space. hybrid is given some people and some are forced to come everyday which again creates partiality. if you are reading this before joining this company then i would recommend you to please run away now before it's to late

Pros

None, none, none and none. One word is enough but glassdoor forced me to write more.

Cons

politics, favoritism, Power games, Credit taking from real talents and giving it to incompetent management or so called leaders team. The funny part is that the credit of customer driven increment of the account goes to these people's bucket but who actually builds up the relation is the people who literally lives with customers on a daily basic but these guys are ignored.
