Unprofessional Leaders/Managers :
--Some Senior managers (India) and manager (from USA) [NOT ALL] feel that they are prime minister of the company and they can rule on juniors by showing their nonsense activities. Why? because they have manager tag. They always try to create difference with juniors colleague and not easily reachable but still if you will meet them they will try their best to prove you that you don't know anything and will start to show their fake talent on you,
-- Management is already aware about these managers but they can not do anything due to favoritism or they are in the references of other senior members.
--Company will fire you any day without giving any reason because failure of their decisions , Due to this behavior Cyber group is struggling for survival.
