High turn over of employees in the last two years. The whole organization lacks communication skills.

All employees undergo a 90 day probationary process, as is common in many organizations. This review was written by a former team member that was released within the 90 day probationary period. Hi turnover rate was not a reflection of lack of communication but an organizational objective in order to create "depth" and role ownership within the company in order to serve customers more effectively.
I created many long lasting great relationships with fellow coworkers and clients in my time at CEU Instutitute.
Cons
The owner is a sociopath. No one will ever survive more than a couple years working for this person. No matter how much you care or how hard you work, they will chew you up and spit you out. Do not waste your time.

Side Note: The use and context of the word "sociopath" is subjective at best, but certainly entertaining.
Small team, nice office location, always work to be done, fast paced and not a dull moment. Access to everything needed to do your job.
Cons
Management.Extremely high turnover. One person is expected to do the workload for two. Company owners are extremely out of touch with requirements for positions.
