      Not strict in working time and break time. Lots of learning. Unlimited sugar and coffee

      Cons

      HR is not verbally honest. No socialization activities. Micromanagement. Some employees take out sugar and coffee from the pantry. Outdated humor.

      No annual evaluation for employee being conducted, during my stay. Management focus only on profit not to people.
