Small company and makes a difference in a niche market

Stuck in 1980s management style, pay was extremely low especially for sales. Never received commission and manager was fired and was by myself for almost 2 months with heavy responsibility and expectations. Pos, consumables, calls and workshop calls.

C-Tech ISR's are measured by performance goals. The first few months are geared towards orienting an individual within the market. For training purposes, this may require assisting seasoned reps and members of the management team with active accounts that are already doing business with the company. Once a member of the sales team has been trained a market segment is assigned. The assignment is based on further assessment of the individual’s skill sets. When goals are met and or exceeded reps are compensated for their individual contributions. Much like any business, if goals are not met, within that specific market segment, then changes may occur.
