Working at this company was a nightmare. Firstly, there is no organization within the company, with frequent resignations leading to a chaotic work environment each passing day. New hires are not given any handover process or induction, and instead are immediately tasked with project dependencies. The company also lack a cafeteria, forcing employees to stand in cramped spaces to eat their food. The worst part was the management's poor treatment of employees. Salaries were often deducted without valid reasons, and there was no company culture or support. Employees were forced to submit daily reports of their work, including the time spent in the restroom. Useless training sessions were conducted daily, even for experienced workers. The quality of the functional documents are also very poor. Two guys, Johnny and Ayaz, have particularly bad attitudes towards employees. Additionally, new hires are required to submit their passport on the first day of work, leaving them vulnerable to control. Worst of all, the company forces employees to work on visit visas illegally. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
