Pros

The only pro’s I can think of are some nice people but they are the minority, The majority are miserable and negatively impacted by the owner and his belittling and condescending ways. A lot of people mean well, try so hard, but are in constant panic and mental anguish, this is felt from the moment you walk into the corporate office:

Cons

The owner operates from an angle of only speaking down to, belittling and pointing out faults in every and anything possible. There are no “wins” or team acknowledgement for a job well done. The business plan and mission statement is discretely “work your employees into the ground, if they last through the aggression, negativity and toxicity and stay sane, great, if not they are replaceable. There are various properties with various problems ownership refuses to spend money on. He runs the properties at 25% of what they should be staffed, this completely destroys the staffs morale and makes it unable to provide the quality service the business and properties need. There is no training because once again, the owner doesnt think its “worth” training people that he knows wont last over 5 mos to a year. I usually stay away from writing and have never written a review for an employer but I feel bad for people who uproot their lives, get presented a pretty package only to get ridiculed, called incompetent and live their lives in complete and utter toxicity and negativity. BEWARE. This company has the reputation they do for a reason and it will not change.

Pros

No pros, the only problem is your last day will be the last you’ll be at this awful company

Cons

Fast turnover- the employee that was training me had only just started the week before and she quit the day of my second day. No specification of the shifts- at no points were there any mentions of the shifts or hours. No training- I did not receive any training, and when I mean any training, I mean I had NONE. Everything I learned I learned from watching or from being shown once. I wasn’t even shown how to ever clock in. It’s so bad even the residents don’t expect anyone to last as I was warned by residents multiple times that they never see an employee last more than a month.

Pros

Amazing properties to work for.

Cons

Very absent during training and initial weeks beginning employment. No communication whether it be in person or via email. Quite difficult to do a job you’ve never been trained at before and then not be able to get questions or even emails answered. Worked there for A month and never even got trained on the computer programs, but was asked to rent apartments at two different properties by myself. Very unclear expectations and job duties. Never learned how to lease audit files. Was also told I couldn’t wear my clothes or my hair the way I wanted to. Also was told that everyone was invited to company wide Christmas party. Everyone except maintenance team. Curious why that is. Just not the place for me.
