Pros

Amazing properties to work for.

Cons

Very absent during training and initial weeks beginning employment. No communication whether it be in person or via email. Quite difficult to do a job you’ve never been trained at before and then not be able to get questions or even emails answered. Worked there for A month and never even got trained on the computer programs, but was asked to rent apartments at two different properties by myself. Very unclear expectations and job duties. Never learned how to lease audit files. Was also told I couldn’t wear my clothes or my hair the way I wanted to. Also was told that everyone was invited to company wide Christmas party. Everyone except maintenance team. Curious why that is. Just not the place for me.

Pros

Not one pro, this is a terrible work place

Cons

Very traditional and rigid work environment with little flexibility, even for occasional personal situations. Most roles are fully computer based, yet remote work flexibility is extremely limited. Workloads can be demanding and employees may end up covering responsibilities across multiple functions without compensation reflecting it. Turnover and retention issues were noticeable and, in my experience, morale often felt low. There is also very limited HR structure/support, which can make employee concerns feel difficult to navigate. Employees were sometimes let go very abruptly, which created an uncomfortable environment and made job stability feel uncertain at times. This company may be a fit for someone who prefers a strict in-office culture, but it was not an environment where I personally felt valued or supported long term.
