Life at the British Academy ... not bad!

Pros

Great, friendly team. Beautiful building. The work I did made me feel like I'd made a good contribution towards the Academy. Disability friendly. Hybrid and flexible working. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but it doesn't have that option!

Cons

Directorates are a bit isolated so it was hard to get to know anybody outside of Comms. Teams were a bit cliquey. Communication from managers was poor.
