Pros
Easy to make friends; Lots of young staff.
Cons
No time to spend time with said friends; Lots of young staff. They position themselves as integrated and robustly staffed but have maybe 30 people working the whole agency, including senior management. They are painfully understaffed, which bottlenecks all creative processes, and requires freelance and entry-level workers outside of the agency's income means. "Senior" Management does not provide mentorship, guidance, or professional development, but instead literally throws new hires to the wolves as they are barely keeping themselves from drowning. They are unethical about obtaining business, what they promise clients and how they keep clients on board. The HR processes are unstructured and at times, unlawful. The work environment is toxic and fueled by individuals that are hostile and need copious hours of therapy. Neither HR nor department head conduct quarterly or annual check-ins and will not offer pay raises unless you threaten to leave. Everyone is underpaid.
