Pros
A place to go for if you want to grow your career in digital marketing. Management talks straight, no BS. Sometimes can be blunt, but i prefer this over other corporate culture where there's a lot of beating around the bush. They also have brew academy, where i learned new stuff too. They also expect you to contribute so the calls are not monotonous.
Cons
Some parts of the job can be challenging. You must really know how to work remotely
