      Innovative tech focus, but lacks employee engagement

      Pros

      The company is aggressively investing in cutting-edge technology and pushing for AI adoption, which keeps your skills relevant. Good tools and tech stack are provided.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly preaches innovation, efficiency, and a digital-first mindset, but their approach to employee feedback is completely tone-deaf. Major policy updates—specifically around enforcing strict Return-to-Office (RTO) mandates and making sweeping technology changes—are handed down from the top without an ounce of employee input. We aren't collaborating with each other; we are just communicating with AI from a different desk. If our primary interaction is digital, forcing us into a physical office location is purely about control, not productivity. Claude and other tools are essentially our "new colleagues."

      Supportive culture, but limited career growth opportunities

      Pros

      I worked at Brevo for several years and had a positive experience with my colleagues and the overall team culture. There was a strong sense of belonging, and people were generally supportive and willing to help each other. The role provided exposure to many areas of customer experience, problem solving, and cross functional collaboration.

      Cons

      However, career progression opportunities were limited, and it could be difficult to move into other departments or develop beyond the support function. I would have liked to see clearer internal growth paths and more opportunities for employees looking to advance their careers.
