      Underhanded, dishonest, no true interest in employees

      Pros

      The employees make this company. Every one of them busts their assess to do everything they can.

      Cons

      Not enough training. The training that is given out is beyond condescending. They claim to care about their employees, but their entire employee handbook was taken by a former employee and they never gave him credit for his help. Management continuously tells teams that every worker was replaceable. Never recognized the hard work teams put in. And forget about job security. They'll fire you with no warning, refuse to compensate your time, and laugh in your face.

      Some of the hardworking staff is nice.

      Cons

      Customers are extremely rude. You don't get recognition as advertised. Corporate expects you to do things that they can't even to themselves. The cash tips are not even handed out. This varies by store.

      Pros

      Jobs easy if you don’t start picking up someone else’s slack. They won’t solve the problem they just take advantage you if u do.

      Cons

      Like too many employers these days They cut just about every corner imaginable. No shortage of salaries who do nothing for the company or the customer, never enough workers to keep up with the place. They put personal favoritism before professional conduct. Roof leaks, no hot water last I was there. Arguably some of the worst management I have ever seen. Lied to me when I hired on, fired me on another lie. Don’t waste your time here.
