Pros

Paid on time. You can work from home. They speak English.

Cons

No law benefits. Inexperienced artists in high positions resulting in bad leadership. The production and coordination management are chaotic. A lot of unpaid OT. You are doing a good job if you stop having a life outside of work. There are unexpected layoffs, so you don't have a secure job.
