      Pros

      I have been with Bose for 4+ years. The company has changed a lot in my time - mostly for the better. The company is smaller, more agile and more competitive compared to even just 2 years ago. There is a strong sense of DEI which is great to see.

      Cons

      A lot of change. It can be difficult for leadership who has been with the company for a long period of time but for those who are newer to Bose, the change is needed.
