      Good company to learn and expose in digital platform.

      Cons

      Office environment needs to be upgraded. Culture needs to be changed because managed by employees over 10 years with not much exposure of diversity .

      Good Benefits for medical and rewards Have WFH arrangements Considerate manager Have increment and incentive Open for discussion and suggestion Have a flat hierarchy so we can directly have discussion with management

      Need to juggle few tasks at the same time but if can manage well, it should be good opportunity to learn and experiences Office a little bit quiet (even with people arounds)
