      Huge drinking culture emphasis, prioritizes rewarding presentation over skills

      Cons

      Questionable leadership, capitalizes on ethnic diversity to make us look good, treats them terribly in the office. Made multiple pregnant and nonwhite people redundant with no remorse to prioritize a surplus in profit.

      Pros

      If you are new to the industry, you will get given greater responsibility than at other companies, which can help jumpstart your career. After about 2 years maybe look at transfering to a consultant company that remunerates better.

      Cons

      Pay is somewhat low, overtime is not compensated well, and I found the relationship between management and employees to be a bit manipulative. Projects were also underresourced which could lead to overwork and a bit of stress. I did not enjoy it and left quickly, but for others at the company it seemed to work well.
