      Good company but poor management

      People and nice environment, also you learn a lot as you can work with different nationalities and learn new things because the company is always changing.

      Cons

      No flexible working hours and it's far from city(Barcelona). Salaries are very low.

      the atmosphere and fellowship is excellent.

      Cons

      Managers don't know how to motivate and don't have leadership roles or management skills. You don't grow professionally. Only those who don't speak out against the bosses.
