Not recommended if you’re looking for work–life balance or a healthy working environment. I worked at Bluechip New Zealand for a year, but I wanted to leave after the first five months. Less value for employees roles, management is poor and micromanaged and job responsibilities change frequently.
I liked the people I worked with. I was provided with opportunities to learn. Those whom I worked with closely constantly gave me advice.
Cons
Acquisitions made incompatible systems, cultures, people, and processes impossible to mesh. Team structure rigidity made it hard for me to thrive - you can't create a role for yourself, not really.
