Horrible place to work. Management are incompetent and bullies.

There are none I’m afraid.

Cons

Management are bullies and incompetent. Managers make mistakes and blame their staff for their own errors. Mental health support is non existent here. They expect long hours and no reward. My manager would message me at 5:30am to advise me on what errors he had made that morning for me to rectify before his manager found out. Managers are driven by paranoia and do not believe in working together with other departments. I was made to feel guilty for taking annual leave. Calls on the weekends to try and make me do unpaid overtime. Very bad culture and extremely unhealthy work environment. This is a company that has a belief that dishonestly and bullying gets you to the top. I felt like my manager was extremely needy and extremely paranoid. Zero 1-2-1’s, zero training and no performance feedback whatsoever. Worst experience I’ve ever had! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

We do have an EAP in place, that offers counselling but obviously it would appear that not all our employees are aware. We have taken your comments seriously and have acted on the key points raised.

Pros

When you have worked here, the only way is up.

Cons

Habitual late payment, purposefully under payment. They will find any reason to illegally remove money from wages. Office staff employed solely to spy on English employees with a mission to find reasons to remove wages. Grossly misused cctv. Illegal working hours, terrible conditions, utterly incompetent and completely shady business ethics. This place is a shambles from top to bottom. Just avoid it you have been warned

As we continue to evolve, we introduce new more effective measures that give a greater breadth of information to our managers to assist them in accurately processing data in connection with employees and our business.

none at all like a prison camp

Cons

Rude staff,No idea on how to train staff or write a training document in English clear cashflow problem as pay date varies could be the 1st sometimes the 4th doesnt help when paying bills. also cannot take holiday for 6 months of the year.
