No real HR person/department. Very high expectations of knowledge and understanding. Poor treatment of apprentices. Lack of seniority and mentorship. Lack of professionalism. About half the company run by apprentices with lack of experience. Low salary compared to competitors. No job security. Standard benefits. Have to complete tests with other employees at or similar to your level. No sympathy or compassion from management. Erratic business decisions from management (Company had restructured twice in the two years I was there). Work life balance is poor - I was encouraged to work during bereavement.
