      Pros

      Love the energy and drive that forms the culture at Blink. Transparent, open communication led from the top down and I feel like I'm part of the story of Blink after only a few months.

      Cons

      For those who don't appreciate the dynamic and sometimes hectic feel of a organisation in growth, Blink may not be for you. Be prepared to roll your sleeves up and do whatever it takes to be successful.

      Pros

      Some really great people and good pay if you meet targets (doesn’t happen often)

      Cons

      - people are hired and promoted on favouritism rather than experience - this comes from the CEO and is part of the culture - no one at the top seems to know what they’re doing - very white, very male, very entitled - not diverse at all and looks like no plans to change that - they are forcing good people out which is a real shame - targets are unrealistic
