No experienced professional with any self-respect has managed to last a year at Bitespeed, a glaring testament to how irredeemable this place truly is. Their so-called "no leave" and "flexible hours" are nothing but a grotesque joke. Employees are treated like disposable tools, dragged into working weekends, forced to endure insane hours, and subjected to constant, disorganized last-minute demands. The leadership’s inability to manage time or plan properly is not only embarrassing but downright pathetic. Even worse, they parade their incompetence as some twisted badge of honor, showcasing their utter disregard for basic human decency. The founder is the embodiment of everything wrong with this company: egotistical, unprofessional, and completely incapable of leadership. He’s allergic to feedback, blinded by his own arrogance, and so insecure that he spreads outright lies about employees who quit due to the unbearable culture, claiming he fired them. This level of deceit and cowardice is beyond appalling. It’s clear he lacks the maturity, integrity, and backbone to run a company—or even lead a team. The entire operation is a toxic dumpster fire fueled by his own incompetence and ego.
