As of now nothing ...things were better a year before but now it's worst. All hopes have ended

People are ill treated Random firing .. employees are fired without any reason or pay Random change to company policy and not communicated to employees unless asked about No work ethics Salaries are delayed without prior intimation Appraisal cycle keep changing without prior intimation Questional leadership Clear rift among company BODs False commitments No one give a damn to employees concerns Mandatory: - Before joining Bista please consult the ex-employee..

Cons

Many - Support management is unprofessional, lacks empathy and compassion towards employees - Unethical practices like harassing employees and eventually firing them - Salary issues, it’s never on time - Poor people management - Management doesn't care about employees well being and growth. - Constant monitoring through CCTV - Mobile phones not allowed even though security compliance certification has expired - Policy can change overnight and is based on the mood of management - No clear hierarchy defined and followed at Bista, anyone can become anyone's reporting manager at any time - Incentive policy is unclear - Exit process is very painful for employees leaving Bista. Letters and FNF is delayed for months, until ex-employee starts sending reminders The positive reviews that you see here are either from management itself or have compelled employees to write them.
