Pros
The management is really good, they have good planned and organised work culture. The colleagues are quite friendly and approachable, there is always so much new to learn and people around you are always up to help you with your questions. The most I love about Bion is that your designation doesn’t matter when it comes to proposing ideas. Your work is always appreciated and encouraged by the managers, which I personally feel so important to boost your confidence. They have good working hours.
Cons
No mobile phones allowed except for lunch breaks, however can take any urgent calls. Too cold inside the office and the shop floor is freezing cold, they provide fleece yet it’s cold ☹
