Excessive workload with low pay; Poor or chaotic management team; Limited PTO; Toxic environment; A massive amount of employee turnover, and all the openings are just trying to replace the departure at an even faster speed. New people are training newer hires. The meetings are suffocative which the head is worshipping hard work (in other words, expecting endless free overwork).
