Representing every Internal Recruiter in Australia, several of whom I know have been subjected to this from BWD. Glassdoor I can provide evidence of these underhand tactics to ensure this review gets posted if necessary,.
Cons
It's annoying that I can't refer to people by name or position, as I don't want to tarnish the potentially hard working employees with the same brush. The headline suitably explains our irritation. PICK UP THE PHONE OR MESSAGE A POTENTIAL CLIENT LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE.

Pros
Passionate, lateral and hard working smart team. Lots of freedom , trust and a mature work environment. Loved how they were really into exceptional service and what was best for the client and candidate .
Cons
So much energy in what they did , must be able to keep up. As they are a small business , there isn't room to climb the corporate ladder.
