This is the same ex-employee who is placing bogus posts. We reported him to the sheriffs dept as he stole company information

Pros

You can get a foot in the door and make connections in the music business, but that's about it. Decent pay.

Cons

Management is not in line with standard industry practices. HIGHLY irresponsible conflict of interest with a certain show involving a bad wig. There is racism bubbling under the surface of much of how certain people at this company operate. Too many off color remarks littered throughout daily conversations that are highly offensive, and changes are never made to their behavior. Employee roster is a revolving door. 6 or 7 people had come and gone in just 3 years. Also...the two previous reviews to this are obviously written by management.

Pros

Only good is it gives young agents a platform to network.

Cons

This company is a joke. It is run as a mom and pop shop that is seemingly the hobby of the two “managing partners.” It’s as if they believed that by quickly hiring more inexperienced people, they would somehow magically grow. They will hire anyone with a pulse. This company is about optics, as they are built on a foundation of sand. The owner and founder has a complex which leads him to believe he is well respected in the industry, when the reality is that he is the laughing stock and an embarrassment. Aside from the fact that he believes he is an “entertainer,” he is a blatant racist, sexist homophobe and does not create a safe environment to work. Management of the company is only in that position because they’ve put up with the owners long enough. Truly was the worst leadership I’ve encountered in my life and needs to read a book or two on how to manage a team. Owner creates a hostile work environment in which nothing is ever good enough business practices are so unbelievable, yet owners blame and punish employees for not breaking even at the end of the year. Owner continually belittled employees and reprimanded them for not selling his truly horrible tribute show. Time to hang up the wig and call it quits.
